Principle of work

DCRD double cone rotary vacuum dryer is a double cone rotary tank.In the vacuum state in the tank,heat transfer oil or hot water is introduced into the jacket for heating,and the heat contacts with wet materials through the inner wall of the tank.Water vapor evaporated after the wet material absorbs heat is pumped away by a vacuum pump through a vacuum exhaust pipe.Because the tank body is in a vacuum state,and the rotation of the tank body causes the materials to continuously move up and down,turning inside and outside,the drying speed of the materials is accelerated,the drying efficiency is improved,and the purpose of uniform drying is achieved.
Double cone rotary vacuum dryer is a new type of dryer which integrates mixing and drying.The condenser,vacuum pump and dryer are matched to form a vacuum drying device.(If solvent recovery is not required,condenser is not required)This machine is advanced in design,simple in internal structure,easy to clean,capable of discharging all materials,and easy to operate.It can reduce labor intensity and improve working environment.At the same time,the material also rotates when the container itself rotates,but there is no material accumulation on the wall.Therefore,the heat transfer coefficient is high and the drying rate is high,which not only saves energy,but also dries the material evenly and fully with good quality.It can be widely used in the drying of pharmaceutical, chemical,food,dye and other industries.

Scope of application

The machine is suitable for vacuum mixing and drying of powder and granule raw materials of pharmaceutical industry,chemical industry foodstuff industry etc.Particularly it is suitable for raw materials that have the follow requirements:
◆Themal sensitive raw materials that cannot be dried at high temperature.
◆Raw materials that is easy to oxidize and dangerous.
◆Raw materials that the solvent and toxic gases are needed to recover.
◆Raw materials that have special requirement for crystal shape.
◆Raw materials that have special requirement for the content of residual volatile.

Notes:for raw material,if its volume has great change before and after dry,then its filling coefficient may be increased or decreased suitably.

Speed adjusting motor of 0-brpm might be chosen according to the user's requirements.I he following aspects should be point out when to order:
1 The above-mentioned parameters are calculated based on material density of 0.6g/cm3,If it's over,please point out.
2.If certificate for pressure vessel is required.please point out
3.If glass lining for interior surface is required,please paint out.If the material is explosive,or flammable,the calculation should be made according to trial result.

Notes to order

Its heating has two ways:hot water,steam conduction oil.
When order,please indicate the temperature of raw matrial to be undertaken or the operation temperature dryer in order to choose or provide suitable heat source for you.
When dry viscous raw material,our factory will design special stirring device in the chamber.
The auxiliary parts of vacuum drying system can be supplied and installed by our factory.
Please indicate them when order.
If having special requirements.our factory can also design,manufacture and install as request.
The cost of complete equipment should be increased in accordance with the needs.
